Hangzhou China---June 30, 2016---Today, RFID Technology Specialized Products Solution Provider Century RFID introduced its latest UHF RAIN RFID on-metal label – Metalion L™（CE38004）. As the first member of Metalion lion, Metalion L™ is the thinnest on-metal label offered by Century RFID. The thin, flexible design of the label allows it to be used on flat or curved metal surfaces. Offered with preprint and encoding or blank to be printed and encoded on-demand using RFID enabled thermal transfer printers, the Metalion L™ is an excellent option for indoor applications that demand user flexibility and affordability.
Metalion L™ comes standard with the Impinj MR6 tag chip with 96 bits of EPC memory. It measures 97.5mm x 27mm x 0.9mm (3.84”x 1.06”x 0.04) and provides an on-metal read range of up to 3 - 4 meters（9.8 - 13.1 ft） and an off-metal read range of up to 4 - 5 meters ( 13.0 - 16.4 ft).
