The Functional Laboratory is one of the Labs under the Century Test Center, which is a comprehensive and practical workshop. It is in charge of testing the appearance, the functionality, the mechanical performance and the electrical characteristics of all Century products.

The Functional Laboratory provides conforming testing services in accordance with GB, ISO, ASTM standards and actual customers' requirements. The various parameters tested provide reliability and standard basis for research and development and customers' satisfaction.

Test items: appearance, functionality, spectrum performance, power consumption and other electrical & electromagnetic performance, antennas performance, mechanical performance, adhesiveness, magnetic field strength, material hardness, sound strength, light transmittance, etc.

Test Equipment and Instruments

Viscosity testing equipment includes Ring-shaped Initial Adhesion Tester, Peeling Force Tester and Constant Temperature Holding Adhesion Tester, etc.; Mechanical testing machine with Universal Tensile Pressure Testing Machine, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Rubber Hardness Tester, etc.; Electrical Performance testing equipment includes High-precision 6(1/2) Digital Dual Measurement Multimeter, Real-time Spectrum Analyzer, Four-port Network Analyzer, LCR Impedance Analyzer, High-end Oscilloscope, etc.; In addition, there are High-precision Imagers, Digital Noise Meters, Light Transmittance Testers, etc.
