TexSilicon is Century RFID’s newest addition to the CiLink series of RFID Laundry tags. The TexSilicon tag is specifically designed to meet the demands of the industrial laundry industry. This innovative tag design continues to perform well after enduring the rigors of high-pressure wash cycles.

The durable design enables cost effective RFID asset tracking for each individual laundry item whether at a remote location or inside the laundry facility. It helps to improve inventory control, reduce labor requirements, and optimize the lifecycle management of individual textiles and garments. Real-time traceability delivers more accurate and timely billing, and enhances customer satisfaction. With the durable TexSilicon tag, laundry providers can gain valuable data for individual asset usage and open up new business models that charge by the item instead of by the pound.

The new fabric laundry tag measures 67 millimeters by 30 millimeters by 2.6 millimeters（2.6 inches by 1.2 inches by 0.1 inch）and features the combination of silicone and fabric to provide a stable and durable performance. It offers a read distance of up to 3 meters（10 feet). These soft, flexible and thin tags can be applied quickly and easily in multiple ways according to your wash process needs. The tag has an IP68 rating for certified protection from water and chemicals common to commercial laundry and dry cleaning, and withstands sterilizing heat and pressure. TexSilicon can solve multiple problems that may exist in washing process.
